Appointment of Charles HEMUS as Headborough of the Manor of Northfield, 1838.
Also we present, nominate and appoint Joseph NEWELL and Charles HEMUS to be Headboroughs of the Parish of Northfield for the year ensuing, and until they should be legally discharged, and the same Joseph NEWELL and Charles HEMUS came into Court and were so sworn accordingly.
