Modern housing now occupies the site (Springfield Buildings). On the other side of Woodborough Road, the south side, was Lower Butter Buildings. A smaller complex. This could be found between Woodborough Road and the Tyning Inn. The Inn still exists but most of the site is probably occupied by Walnut Buildings - again, modern housing."
