| WILL of William Baker, yeoman, of Great Birch 1710 In the name of God Amen. I William Baker sen. of Birch Magna in the County of Essex, yeoman, being weak in body but of sound and *** memory praise be therefore give unto Almighty God *** he pardons this my last will and testament in manner and form following. Item: I give devise and bequeath unto my loving wife Sara[?] the sum of one hundred pounds of good and lawful money of Great Britain to be paid unto her or her Estate Administrators on April 10th in twelve months or more after my decease by any Executor hereafter named. Item: I give devise and bequeath unto my said loving wife the bed with the apparrel of it standing in the best room and all the goods standing therein and Silver Tankard all my Silver Spoons and all my *** to be *** to her for her sole use and be *** immediately after my *** all shall so **mprized. Item: I give devise and bequeath unto my son John Baker two hundred pounds of good and lawful money of Great Britain to be paid unto him within twelve months after my decease. Item: I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Dorothy and my daughter Sarah one hundred pounds apiece of like lawful money to be paid to them and to either of them to be paid unto him within twelve months after my decease. Item: I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth the wife of John Keys the sum of five pounds of lawful money to be paid twelve months after my decease. Item: I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sara[?] the sum of twelve pounds of lawful money to be paid when she shall demand the same and all those of my goods and chattels *** both real and ***. I give and bequeath unto my son William Baker of Wigborough in the said County *** whom I do hereby ordain and appoint to be sole Executor of this my last will and testament.
