  Notes	The idea that Jane IVISON was the daughter of Francis IVISON of Stanwix, as suggested by the IGI is merely speculative. After Jane's death, Burke stated that she was from Carlisle, and that her father was "J. Ivison". There was a notable IVISON Quaker family in Carlisle [http://genealogyvault.net/bowes-bigelow/getperson.php?personID=I345&tree=Bowesetal], and perhaps coincidentally Josiah WEDGEWOOD rented rooms from John IVISON in London.
