  	Reference Code Q/SR 126/62 [Certificate, signed by William Ayloff and Thomas Harvie] Recites that by virtue of an order made at the Sessions held on 5 July last past they order made at the Sessions held on July last past they called before them the inhabitants of Copford, Layer Marney and Birch, and any others who could say anything concerning the birth and residence of Isaac BAKER being both poor, lame and impotent, and therefore to be maintained at the charge of some parish as then unknown to them, and upon due examination of all parties they find that the said Isaac has been most conversant by the space of three years last past within the parish of Great Birch, in consideration whereof they have directed their warrant to the constables and overseers of the said parish charging them to receive and provid for the said Issac, and of this their proceeding they think good to make certficate.
