To my old friend ARTHUR, couple of my best swine and pair of my best drie sheepe , one bullock --- --- a cause, one colt of --- --- age ot thereabouts being ye best of the two . Item to my sonne John BUTLER also and a yoke of my next best oxen - heifer to be delivered at the discretion of my old friend --- my next best couples of sheep and lambe and five of my next best drie sheepe and bullock, yearling of one years of age, of the best and foure pounde in monie. Item for Edith my daughter, a heifer that giveth milk. Item I give and bequeath to Agnis her daughter two of my drie sheep at the discretion of my old friend. I give and bequeath to Agnes, one heifer and to each of her three children five drie sheep apiece and to my friend John S-ge I bequeath two bushels of barley, whereunto one is already delivered. Item. I give and bequeath. To John my shepherd five drie sheepe and --- --- one and five shillinge in monie. Item. I give and bequeath to Agnis WOODWARD, my servant one drie sheepe and one platter and five shillinge in money. Item. I give and bequeath to John --- --- two shillinge and six pence. Item. I give and bequeath to John BUTLER also LEWIS one pair of my best breeches, one with my best doublet barring one,and my workcoate. Item. I give and bequeathe to Mary POWER, may daughter Agnis and her three children, ten shillinge. Item. I give and bequeath to Joan SARGEANT the wife of John SARGEANT three shillinge. Item. I give and bequeath to Katherine HOPKINS five shillinge. Item. I give and bequeath to Margaret BUTLER three shillinge. Item. I give and bequeath to Ag BUTLER, one bushell of barley , four shillinge. All the rest of my goods and chattels moveable and immovable, bequeathed my debts and legacies being paid and funeral expenses discharged I give and bequeath for Agnis my wife, whom I make whole executor of this last will and testament and I ordaine John Walker, William HUNTER, Overseer b---pee-r, my last will aforementioned. Give them two shillinge apiece for their paynes, lastly I give and bequeath to Andrew BUTLER one next best sheepe to them that are formerly given.
