Hill lives if she outlives him by a year, I give her 40 pounds to my grand-daughter Mary Cooke, various items to my duaghter Mary Cooke the house where I live and the house where Mary Dunn lives after her death to my grand-daughter Mary Cooke if she pays my grand-daughter Hannah Cooke 20 pounds and if Thomas or Ann Hill go to law to get any more they shall be cut out from all but one shilling a week! to my late 'prentice, Samuell Damsell, I give my best anvil, best vice, best sledge, two best hand hamers and best nail hamer. I give to my daughter Mary Cooke all that I bought off James Chew or Chews I give to my daughter Mary Cooke my house at Watercoome and for her daughter Elizabeth Cooke my daughter Mary Cooke to be sole executrix written 8th February 1766 witnessed: Thomas Butt, Ann Dunn, Thos.
