The said capital messuage and all other the premises are held in free burgage of the City of London, and are worth per ann., clear, £7. Cornelius Godfrey died 2 November, 35 Eliz. [1593]; Cornelius Godfrey is his son and next heir, and is now aged 30 years and more.
